About the Role:

The Business Support ATR-C role is designed for highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who can provide comprehensive administrative and business support. In this position, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate events, oversee budgets, support recruitment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong collaboration skills, as you’ll work with multiple teams including HR, Finance, event planners, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meetings: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics (including AV troubleshooting).
  • Collaboration: Build relationships across HR, Finance, event planners, and business support professionals to meet organizational goals.
  • Discipline Growth: Mentor junior support colleagues, onboard new hires, and share best practices.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute team events, manage itineraries, and ensure smooth follow-ups.
  • Resource & Budget Management: Track inventory, manage expenses, oversee discretionary budgets, and handle vendor/supplier relationships.
  • Project Ownership: Deliver on assigned projects, streamline processes, and identify risks.
  • Rhythm of Business (ROB): Support ROB cadence, optimize operations, and recognize interdependencies.
  • Space Planning: Manage office space assignments, databases, and large-scale requests.
  • Team Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and headcount tracking.
  • Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel while ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience in business support or administration (scheduling, travel, events).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Sociology (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience managing administrative budgets (travel, training, events, morale).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
